Account Setup and Valuation Upon conditional approval, subject to property valuation, you'll be asked to open a bank account with the lender. We'll guide you through this process and ensure all required forms are completed. Concurrently, an independent engineer will conduct a valuation of your property.

Valuation Coordination We'll liaise with the appointed key holder to organize the property valuation and ensure timely submission of all necessary documentation to the bank for the valuation report.
